We were extremely happy with their service from first contact booking in to final installation. First the quote came on the day of request at a very competitive fixed price compared to 2 other local companies. Plunger was considerably lower in quote price. They were available next day for installation of my new water heater. High quality materials used. The heating chap was so polite and cleaned up after himself, we were able to pay by bank transfer which was our preference. We will use plunger service again, and will gladly recommend.

Woke up one night with a dripping through my bedroom ceiling from the bathroom area on 3rd landing. Called Plunger out as I used them for the company I work for and were always reliable. Within half an hour one the plumbers had arrived traced and stopped the leak and arranged with me to come back the next day to make a permanent job. I was not charged any extra day rates, which was a relief. I felt very satisfied with the work and price and did not feel taken advantage of due to the time of night I called them.

Ordered and paid for a new washing machine from a well-known high street retails store. Had arranged for my washing machine to be fitted by the same retail store and old one taken away. When they arrived 3 hours late and could not fit the machine as they said my original piping was not adequate and would not touch it, so I was left with 2 washing machines. It would have been a disaster if Plunger had not been able to come out within the hour of phoning them. Just adjusted my original pipework and fitted my new washing machine, they also took my old one away for a ridiculously small price. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue.

Straight forward with their fixed pricing, same-day response. Very professional and courteous in giving a quote over the phone, scheduling and cleared my drains an all-round excellent service. They even gave me very useful information on how to stop my drains clogging up in the future.

Plunger came to my rescue. I have a newborn baby and my boiler stopped working. I rang plunger as fixed prices appealed to me. They came out got my boiler working. Very understanding and fast.
